Job Duties:
• Oversee and supervise the activities of cabinetmakers and other workers in the facility.
• Create work schedules and assign duties to cabinetmakers as required.
• Coordinate and streamline the operations of various departments of the company.
• Hire and train new employees.
• Order production material and supplies as per requirements.
• Ensure maximum productivity and that safety standards are met at all times.
• Oversee employee performance and prepare regular activity reports.
• Resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:
• No formal education required
• Some experience in a related trade is required
• Language Requirements – English
