Retail Store Supervisor

1218351 BC Ltd O/A Balmoral Store located at 3107 Trans Canada Hwy Sorrento, BC Canada V0E 2W1 is looking for 1 Retail Store Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

Terms of Employment: Full time and Permanent
Wage: $18.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible
Location: 3107 Trans Canada Hwy Sorrento, BC Canada V0E 2W1

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and Coordinate activities of staff and cashiers.

·         Sell merchandise.

·         Assign duties to staff and prepare work schedules.

·         Order, organize and maintain inventory.

·         Resolve problems that arises such as customer complaints, supply shortages.

·         Authorize payments and return of merchandise.

·         Prepare reports.

·         Train new staff.

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: 6 months of experience as a retail salesperson, sales clerk or cashier will be considered.

Language: English

Candidate should be willing to work on all shifts (evening and weekend)
