Job Duties:
• Oversee the agricultural crop growing, land preparation and harvesting operations
• Coordinate the daily activities of general farm workers & laborers
• Create schedule for laborers and assign duties as required
• Ensure that safety and quality control measures are in place at all times
• Order farm equipment and materials
• Execute general farm duties if required
Additional Requirements:
· No formal education required
· Some previous farming OR supervisory experience is an asset
· Language Requirements – English
