Job Responsibilities:

·         Supervising the work of housekeeping room attendant, and cleaners

·         Helping in recruiting new staff for housekeeping jobs

·         Train newly recruited housekeeping staff

·         Preparing schedules and ensuring that safety, and cleaning standards are met

·         Reporting to the management regarding any building repair, maintenance, or renovations where ever necessary

·         Listen to clients complaints and resolve issues

·         May be required to perform same duties which he/she supervises

Qualifications:

·         No formal education required

·         Some supervisory experience will be an asset

·         Ability to communicate in English is required
