Open and maintain the medical files and case history electronically or physically
Maintain office inventory and order supplies as required
Scan, photocopy, fax, e-mail, take messages, prepare courier packages
Prepare office procedures and perform other administrative work as required
· Completion of secondary School
· Completion of college program in a related field OR some previous clerical experience will be an asset
· Language Requirements – English
