Grizz Hotel is located close to cultural highlights such as Revelstoke Railway Museum and Revelstoke Museum and Archives. If museums aren’t your thing, we are also close to the Revelstoke Mountain resort where you can enjoy a variety of Winter activities. We’re seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as plumber apprentice.

Wage:                                    C$ 35/ hour

Working Hours:                    30 – 40 hours working / week

Vacation Pay:                        4% of gross salary

Terms of Employment:         Full-time, Permanent

Work Location:                     200-3rd Street W, Revelstoke, BC V0E2S0

Job Duties:

· Assisting with cutting, threading, bending, and soldering pipes.

· Assisting with installing and repairing plumbing systems in our hotel settings.

· Helping to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.

· Supporting Plumber in performing inspections and testing plumbing systems for leaks and other issues.

· Assisting in maintaining plumbing tools and equipment in good working condition for our hotel.

· Following the Plumbers’ orders and instructions.

 

Requirements:

· Completion of Secondary school is an asset.

· Vocational training may be advantageous.
