Position: Marketing Specialist

Wage: C$32.00 Per Hour

Working Hours: 8 hours / day; 40 Hours / Week

Vocation: 10 business days of paid vacation per year

Work Location: 3411 30 Ave, Vernon, British Columbia, V1T 2E3

Term of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Language: English

What You Bring:

·         College diploma is required, preferred in business, marketing, or related field.

·         Marketing, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new markets.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and drive sales.

• Manage and engage with customers through social media accounts.

• Showcase our products at trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.

• Collaborate with other departments to develop new products and improve customer experience.

• Evaluate customer-tiered marketing plans based on customer type.

• Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to develop effective marketing strategies.

• Assist in developing budgets and plans for business development and marketing initiatives.
