Title: Account Manager
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Location: Toronto, ON
- Supervise, regulate, and revise administrative procedures
- Assign duties to support staff
- Determine priorities, enforce deadlines, and standardize procedures
- Perform administrative tasks associated with customer inquiries, requests, and needs
- Oversee customer correspondence in all forms of communication
- Work with other team members to facilitate daily operations of the business
- Administer the preparation of promotional content, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, and promotional events
- Coordinate budgeting, contracting, project planning and management processes
- Gather data and generate periodic reports to help track company expenditures and budgets
- Organize company documentation through sorting, filing, and delivering of documents
- Manage employee records and maintain an employee database
- Assist in staff training and scheduling
What we’re looking for:
- Secondary education is required.
- A university degree or college diploma is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- 1 year of prior experience in a related field
