Landscaping Foreman

Job Duties:

Help us make beautiful spaces in this dynamic and important industry where you get to build the nature of our city, gardens, parks, buildings, and walks etc, and help us plant flowers that will make people smile and trees that will shade your grandchildren.

• Be dedicated and know how to delegate tasks by supervising job site workers and coordinate their activities
• Make schedules and establish work procedures
• Plan labour needs and material needs for different projects
• Help us hire qualified workers and provide proper training to new hires
• Have problem solving skills in client complaints and work related issues
• Keep record of related cost and other spending
• Lead a team to finish projects according to clients’ needs
• Perform other duties required by the business operation

Skills Requirement:

• Completion of secondary school is required
• A college diploma from a related program is preferred
• Two years related work experience is required
• At least one year experience in a role of landscaping foreman or landscaping supervisor
• Good teamwork skills and good work ethics

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent Position with 40 Hours Per Week

Language of Work: English

Wage: $28-32/hour
