Main duties
• Must be able to assess what type(s) of insulation is to be used based on the specific needs of the area to be insulated and fit insulation around joists and studs as required
• Cutting various types of insulations material to required sizes
• Must have the ability to read blueprints & drawings
• Ability to install waterproofing materials and vapour barriers
• Must be able to use insulation blower and spray foam equipment

Education and Experience
• Completion of secondary school.
• Previous experience as an insulator will be an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English is required

Working Conditions
• Ability to work in very hot or cold weather conditions
• Ability to work in confined spaces for extended periods of time
