About Us:

Richmond Pallet Picker Corporation, a company that has been manufacturing pallets since 2007. We are known for our commitment to excellence and ability to customize pallets that are not commonly available. We offer standard 48×40 size pallets, custom wood pallets and crates, and recycled pallets. We also provide heat-treated pallets that are IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention) certified, which are crucial in preventing wooden pest infestations and fungi contamination.

Salary: $55~$58/hour

Work Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

As Vice-President, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

·         Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s business goals. Drive innovation in our pallet manufacturing and recycling processes.

·         Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the business, including production, sales, and customer service.

·         Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, set budgets, and ensure resources are used cost-effectively.

·         Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop our high-performing team to ensure we continue to deliver excellence and meet our customers’ unique pallet needs.

·         Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

·         Sustainability Initiatives: Champion our commitment to sustainability, including our pallet recycling program, and seek new ways to minimize our environmental impact.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a university degree or college diploma in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or manufacturing etc. 3 years of experience as a leadership role in the goods production, utilities, transportation, or construction industries are usually required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team development. Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly pallet manufacturing, is highly desirable.
