Fence installer

Company Info:

Stratosphere Properties Ltd.specializes in real estate investment and development. We currently have 4 projects under construction. We aim to develop spaces that educate and embolden.

We are now looking for two qualified Fence installers to join our team.

Position: Fence installers

Wage: C$ 31.00 hourly

Working Hours: 30-40 hours working / week (to be negotiated)

Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: 999 W Broadway Unit 680, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1K5

May be dispatched to different construction sites, 7035-7065 Fane Rd, Edmonton, AB T5G 0W6, 3400 Tillicum Rd, Victoria, BC V8Z 4H3

Job duties:

Understand blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
Measure and lay out fence lines and mark posthole positions, following instructions, drawings, or specifications.
Determine layout and installation procedures.
Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
Dig post holes in which the fencing will be positioned.
Join, raise, and secure segments of the fence in place.
Install, repair, and service fencing and decks using hand and power tools.

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience is an asset.
On-the-job training will be provided.
