Office Administrator Wanted
Transtar Sanitation Supply Ltd in Burnaby, BC is looking for a competent Office Administrator.
Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required
– one to two years’ experience is required
Wage: C$26.5 Per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours working / week
Benefit: 10 business days paid vacation per year
Other: Employer will provide the mandatory services according to the employment standards abide by the provincial and federal labour law.

Job Duties:
– Collaborate and assist with other departments such as accounting department so as to enter accounts receivable payments and accounts payable invoices into company’s software system
– Co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
– Maintain office files, assemble date and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
– Update and modify product categories, descriptions and photos in company’s data base system
– Co-ordinate with other departments and plan for office services such as supplies and maintenance
– Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
– Open and distribute the mail
– Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations
– Schedule meetings, establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff
– Ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
– Greet and assist visitors
– General office duties including photocopying, sorting and filing the documents
