We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Administrative Assistant to provide great support to our company and loyal customers.

Work Location: Scarborough, ON
M1R 2T5
Remote work available

Salary: 26.00 hourly / 40.00 hours per Week

Responsibilities:
Tasks
Open and distribute mail and other materials
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Provide customer service
