Key Job Duties:

·         Menu Development: Craft and innovate new menu items while maintaining the high standards of our existing menu.

·         Food Preparation: Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring quality and consistency.

·         Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen staff and coordinate kitchen activities to ensure efficient operation.

·         Ingredient Sourcing: Select and source high-quality ingredients, maintaining good relationships with suppliers.

·         Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all food and kitchen safety standards are consistently met.

·         Customer Satisfaction: Respond to customer preferences and feedback to enhance dining experience.

·         Training & Supervision: Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.

·         Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.


·         Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef.

·         Completion of secondary school is an asset.

·         Proven experience as a chef with a solid track record in a similar role.

·         Culinary arts training or equivalent experience.

·         Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         A passion for food and culinary excellence.
