Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop and manage distribution channels for our cleaning products and services.

·         Lead the development of new cleaning services or improvements to existing offerings based on market insights.

·         Conduct market research studies to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze findings to inform strategic decisions.

·         Direct and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies across various service lines.

·         Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

·         Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media presence, and online advertising campaigns.

·         Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated optimally to achieve business objectives.

·         Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Job Requirements:

·         A college diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

·         At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related occupation.

·         Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Wage: C$50.00 Per hour

Working Hours: 7 Hours / Per day; 35 Hours / Per week

Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Vocation: 10 days of paid vacation per year
