Shake It Bubble Tea is looking for a qualified Food Service Manager (NOC 60030).

Salary: $30 Per Hour

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activities of Shake It Bubble Tea to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement unique beverage offerings and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure that the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation are maintained.
• Hire and manage team members, creating a positive and productive workplace.
• Develop work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during busy periods.
• Oversee employee training and development, and regularly evaluate performance.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure the timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
• Track and analyze sales and revenue data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Adjust pricing strategies and operational procedures to maximize profitability.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers to enhance their overall experience.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

• A college or equivalent program in hospitality, food and beverage service management, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Passionate about food and beverage service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
