What we need from you:

Position: Sales Secretary

Wage: C$29.50 Per hour

Expected hours: 40 hours Per week

Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year

Term: Full-time, Permanent

Language: English

Work Location: 5555 Strathcona Hill SW Unit- 2, Calgary, AB T3H 1S2, Canada

The Successful Candidate

·         Secondary school is Preferred.

·         Relevant work experience of at least 6 months such as clerical is desired.

·         Looking for a stable place to work, learn, and develop.

What you will be doing

·         Politely greet visiting customers.

·         Orient new customers and answer inquiries.

·         Respond to all inquiries in a professional manner. In-person, by phone, email, or online communication.

·         Input, organize, and verify relevant information based on documents.

·         Signing off placing items in the correct storage area.

·         Tally office supply quantities order and maintain inventory.
