Come join our Team! Well established Pub in Penticton, B.C. is seeking energetic, experienced Line Cooks. Ideal candidates must be self-starters and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job duties:
• Planning, preparing and cooking individual dishes and foods
• Ensuring quality of food and determine size of food portions
• Estimating food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Training newly hired kitchen staff
• Organizing and managing buffets
• Organize and clean kitchen and work areas
• Maintaining kitchen and work place hygiene
• Work with minimal supervision
Other qualifications and attributes required:
• Minimum 1 year experience as a cook or Degree or Diploma in the relevant field
• Completion of High School
· English communication skills are required
