Food Service Supervisor

COZY WINTER CUISINE & BAR Ltd. is looking for a qualified Food Service Supervisor.

 

Remuneration: C$ 14.50 / hour with 40 hours working / week

Over Time Rate: C$ 21.75 / hour after 40 hours/ week

Vacation: 15 paid holidays per year or 6% of gross salary for vacation pay

Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent

Location of Work: 2410 Dewdney Ave #270, Regina, SK S4R 1H6

 

Job Requirements:

Several years of experience in related industry is required

Completion of high school education is required

Basic English speaking is required

 

Job Duties:

– Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of service staff

– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food service

– Prepare food order summaries for chef and cooks

– Establish work schedules and procedures

– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

– May assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
