Gifti is a leading gift store in Victoria, BC, that specializes in unique and high-quality gifts for all occasions. We are looking for a Retail sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our business through effective advertising campaigns and media placements.

Wage:                                    C$ 38.5~41.5 per housr

Working Hours:                    35-40 hours working / week (to be negotiated)

Vacation Pay:                        4% of gross salary

Terms of Employment:         Full-time, Permanent

Job Duties:

·         Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, leveraging market trends and customer insights.

·         Analyze sales performance data, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

·         Lead and motivate the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales objectives, and uphold the brand image and standards.

·         Collaborate with the inventory management team to optimize product assortment and inventory levels based on sales trends and customer demand.

·         Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

·         Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and advertising agencies to secure optimal placements and coverage for Gifti, ensuring maximum exposure and impact.

 

Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         2 years of experience in a related retail or wholesale sales experience

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

·         Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
