Working hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: $25-30 CAD per hour

The Job Info: Fantuan Delivery is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at a fast-growing food delivery company.

Job duties:

·         Oversee and manage financial documents and records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

·         Efficiently handle our accounts, from posting entries to ensuring all ledgers are up to date.

·         Ensure timely and accurate preparation of payrolls, as well as payment processing for various bills.

·         Efficiently manage all tax-related matters, from form submissions to accurate tax return preparations.

·         Craft detailed financial and accounting reports to assist in company-wide decision-making.

·         Ensure all government-related documents, from pension contributions to worker’s compensation, are submitted on schedule.

Qualifications:

·         College’s diploma in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field is an asset.

·         2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field.

·         Technical Skills: Familiarity with popular accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.

·         Ability to prepare basic financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements is an asset.

·         Having experience in managing both the company’s receivables and payables, and ensuring timely payments, is considered an asset.
