Restaurant Manage

LU LU KITCHEN (2022) LTD., operating as Banshan BBQ Restaurant, is currently hiring for the position of Restaurant Manager.

Position: Restaurant Manager

Address: 1410 Parkway Blvd, Coquitlam, BC V3E 3J7

Salary: $35/hour

Working Hours: 30 hours/ week, 6 hours/day

Overtime Pay: $52.5/hour

Vacation Pay: 4% total wages

Employment requirements:

Language: English

Education: College Diploma is required

Experience: Relevant experience is needed, will train

Responsibilities:

Organize, arrange, and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.

Schedule and manage employees’ daily work shifts and rotations.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

Manage inventory and negotiate supply arrangements with food suppliers and others.

Resolve customer complaints appropriately.

Guide employees to comply with legal regulations and health standards.
