Working Hours: Full-time (35-40 per week)

We take pride in serving authentic Chinese noodles crafted with love and tradition. Our kitchen is a vibrant space where teamwork and excellence come together to create memorable dining experiences for our patrons. Meet Rice Noodle is seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Kitchen Helpers in our bustling restaurant located in Burnaby, Canada.
About the work:
· Assist in the preparation of ingredients by washing and peeling vegetables and fruit to uphold our high standards of freshness.
· Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
· Handle waste management tasks by removing trash and cleaning kitchen garbage containers to uphold hygiene standards.
· Keep our kitchen floors spotless through sweeping and mopping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
· Support inventory management by unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other designated storage areas.
· Wash dishes, glassware, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen operations.
· Utilize equipment to prepare hot beverages.
· Assist the cook and kitchen staff as needed.
· Occasionally assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their dining experience.
About the candidates:
· A high school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
· Having kitchen experience is considered an asset.
· Are reliable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
· Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
