Job Duties
• Ability to plan, organize and monitor operational logistics of the organization
• Coordinate activities of dispatch crew
• Create work schedules and procedures
• Determine transportation rates and schedule activities of long haul truck drivers
• Resolve work related issues
• Prepare and submit progress reports
• Recruit staff
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Requisition or order materials and supplies
Additional Requirements
• Completion of secondary School
• Some experience in a related field will be an asset
• Ability to communicate in English is must
