Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Job Requirements:

-No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
-Previous kitchen experience is an asset.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
-Team-oriented with strong work ethics and willingness to follow instructions.

Job Duties:

-Assist in food preparation by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and meats to support grill and kitchen operations.
-Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
-Handle and organize ingredients, sauces, and marinades required for BBQ dishes.
-Remove trash, clean garbage containers, and ensure waste disposal areas are maintained properly.
-Sweep and mop floors to uphold restaurant cleanliness standards.
-Assist cooks and kitchen staff with food assembly and plating during peak hours.
-Unpack and store food supplies in designated storage areas, ensuring proper inventory management.
-Follow all safety guidelines and food handling procedures.
