Job Duties:
• Must be able to Supervise trade people and suppliers on large scale multi-unit residential construction projects
• Must make sure workplace safety standards are met
• Must be able to schedule and coordinate with various trades and suppliers and ensure deadlines are met
• Must meet productivity goals
• Must be able to handle workplace conflicts and find viable resolutions
Additional capabilities:
• No formal education required
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience is required.
• Ability to communicate in English is must
